A reliable connection is not always available in a busy venue or while travelling. WGT Kompaß keeps previously downloaded artist, programme and venue data on your device, giving you access to the latest information you have loaded even without internet.
Load the information before your visit
Open the app with internet access and allow the content to load. Check that the artists, days and venues you need are visible. Before leaving, try your important views without a connection so you know what is already available on your device.
What you can consult without internet
Stored programme information lets you look up times and venues. Downloaded artist and location details remain useful too. This applies to information already on your device, not to every external resource linked from it. Music playback, websites, maps and route planning have separate requirements.
What needs a fresh connection
New festival data, current news, cloud synchronisation and new information from friends require internet. Cached views may remain visible but can be out of date. Push messages also need a connection. Once you are online again, check for changes to the times and venues of your selected events.
